District-issued email addresses

Hello, 

Is it possible for us to create a list of district-issued email addresses? We would be adding approximately 4,200 email addresses to this new list. 

If we are able to create something like this, is there an additional cost to our monthly fee? If so, how much?

Would you mind giving us some more information about how these email addresses have signed up? Take a look at our article here to see if these email addresses go against our permission policy. Also, we do charge based on the number of email addresses you have in your account at a time. Take a look at our plans and pricing here. Thanks!
