I would just like to know if you charge VAT on our invoices and if we can claim it back again. We are from South Africa. When I enter South Africa as our country in the "Edit Payment", the VAT Number option disappears. Does that mean we do not pay VAT on our invoices?
I cannot tell looking at our invoices as it just gives us the amount billed. It does not show VAT anywhere.

It doesn't appear that we currently recognize / charge for a VAT for South Africa. With that said, we include additional charges like taxes and tariffs in invoices, so those would be reflected in yours if they applied. If there are any changes to how billing is done, especially for a specific country/region, we always make sure to notify applicable customers of those upcoming changes.
