I apologize that the custom fields are giving you trouble! I took a look at your account, and it appears that the custom field you have inserted into the email campaign is actually a different custom field than the one you have filled out for the contact (yourself) that you sent it to.
If you take a look at the custom field that you have inserted into the email campaign, it does have a different name than the one you have filled out in your contact details for yourself. I have saved a copy of your email campaign inside of your account titled "Support", which has the correct custom field in it. If you try doing a live test with this email campaign, it should pull the information correctly.
