Though we are unable to go into your billing details, we have seen cases where an account is charged twice in one month because their bill date is somewhere between the 1st and the 5th of the month. All charges come five days prior to the bill date. This as a result will appear as if you're being double charged since the new bill date come five days prior to the 1st of the month. If you believe this is not the case on your account, please call into our Billing Support for further assistance.
