I signed up for the marketing advisor recent and I feel that it is not applicable for the stage in my company. I would like to pursue the refund and a downgrade to the "Email" Plan

While we can't handle billing inquiries in the community for security reasons, we can definitely guide you for your process. You'll need to reach out to our Billing team, who will be able to go through the proper steps to get you downgraded and have the Marketing Advisor service removed from your account.
