Download Report

I can't download my report. I click on the download link and the page blinks, but doesn't download anything. I've tried numerous times, but it doesn't work.

Hi there @ANVER thanks for reaching out to us today! I'm sorry to see you're coming across some difficulties downloading a report. We want to best assist you however we're going to need a bit more information. Please send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com in regards to this post with the following information:

  1. What is the name of the Email/Event/Survey you are attempting to download the report from?
  2. What browser are you using when running into this, and have you attempted to use another browser?
  3. Does an error appear at all, or is the download button greyed out at all? 
  4. If there is an error, please provide us with the screenshot. 

Once we have the following information we will be able to best assist you.
