We have several hundred campaigns that we would like to download and archive locally. Is there a way to do this as a batch process, or would I need to select each individual email and save it as a download several hundred times? In other words, is there a "select all" option for this?
That's a great question! I can completely understand how helpful it would be to download multiple email campaigns at once. The ability to download campaigns in bulk is not currently a feature we offer. I have however tracked your feedback for this feature in your account. In the meantime, you would have to download your emails campaigns on at a time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We were also looking for this capability as a way to archive emails for the future on our server. Please do introduce this feature.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Though we do not have a time estimate of when a feature like this will be available, this is a feature request we are collecting feedback on. In fact we have tracked your feedback on this and submitted it to our engineers.
Thank you for reaching out with your feedback on this feature. I apologize for any inconvenience caused from not having the ability to download campaigns in bulk. This feature request has been tracked in your account and submitted to the appropriate teams.

Quite frankly this is just one reason we are moving to a different platform. Not being able to save these campaigns locally in an easy manner is unacceptable. It is ridiculous
I don't understand why they don't offer this feature yet. It was 2 years since this thread was made.
Why doesnt constant contact listen to the requests of its clients?
Hello @DanielleL055 we definitely hear your concerns about the benefits of adding this feature to our product! At this time we are still tracking this as a feature request. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause for you, but I will certainly track your feedback to get this feature implemented.
Please feel free to reach out to us with any additional questions or concerns!
Any update on this? Do we have a timeline for implementing a download/save all campaign feature? Also, what about updates on exporting the entire library rather than individual assets?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your feedback on this feature! Though I understand having a feature like this would be helpful, I apologize at this time we do not have an update of the ability of this tool. There are many factors that are used to decide what is added to or updated in our product which can cause us to sometimes not have a timeline for when a feature will be available. In the meantime we have however submitted your feedback on this and tracked this feature request in your account.
In need of this down loading feature for campaigns too. Just wanted to make sure it was noted that there is a real need for this feature. Way doesn't Constant Contact send out a poll to it's members to see how many would be interested in this feature?
We do completely understand how you feel, and we are submitting your feedback on this for additional review! We appreciate your input and you will be notified if this improvement gets put in our product. Thanks!
