We have several hundred campaigns that we would like to download and archive locally. Is there a way to do this as a batch process, or would I need to select each individual email and save it as a download several hundred times? In other words, is there a "select all" option for this?
That's a great question! I can completely understand how helpful it would be to download multiple email campaigns at once. The ability to download campaigns in bulk is not currently a feature we offer. I have however tracked your feedback for this feature in your account. In the meantime, you would have to download your emails campaigns on at a time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We were also looking for this capability as a way to archive emails for the future on our server. Please do introduce this feature.

Quite frankly this is just one reason we are moving to a different platform. Not being able to save these campaigns locally in an easy manner is unacceptable. It is ridiculous
I don't understand why they don't offer this feature yet. It was 2 years since this thread was made.
Why doesnt constant contact listen to the requests of its clients?
Is this feature available yet? It has been nearly 3 years since the OP. I agree with the other users - this is a no brainer and should be added.

Any update on this? Do we have a timeline for implementing a download/save all campaign feature? Also, what about updates on exporting the entire library rather than individual assets?

Though I understand having a feature like this would be helpful, I apologize at this time we do not have an update of the ability of this tool. There are many factors that are used to decide what is added to or updated in our product which can cause us to sometimes not have a timeline for when a feature will be available. In need of this down loading feature for campaigns too. Just wanted to make sure it was noted that there is a real need for this feature. Way doesn't Constant Contact send out a poll to it's members to see how many would be interested in this feature?
