Hello, I tried using your Online Chat for customer support, and it is not working. Please advise. I also have tried calling multiple times and I've been waiting for 45 minutes.
If you're needing contacts exported from your account, @GagandeepK54 , we can send those to the account's main address. If you need them sent to an address other than the main account one, we'd need you to call in to confirm security permissions. If you're needing email campaigns downloaded, we can provide their permanent URLs to the main account address, but otherwise you'd need to login and reopen the account if your want them exported as an image or PDF.
Hi William, thank you for the reply. I tried calling and no one answered and you do not have an easily accessible email address to contact you to ask for an export for contacts. How can I contact you? We are thinking about keeping our account and paying for a new membership, however, if we don't have a lot of emails then we won't. We are unsure if we have 10 contacts or 100+

I've already sent the email to your account's main address yesterday after making the post. Please check your spam and junk folders and other inbox folders if you're not seeing it in your main inbox. If you're still unable to find it, please call support during their hours of operation so they can confirm security permissions and send it to a different address.
