I downloaded to PDF. When I tried to share by attaching to an email, it didn't open. Can you make this downloadable to word and/or Google Doc?

Hello @SusannahG68 ,

 

Can you elabroate on what it is you're trying to do? Is your issue that you downloaded a PDF of an email you sent through us, and then included as an attachment in another email? Were you sending the email through us or your normal email program? Are you able to open the PDF on your computer before attaching it to the email?
