Download or Print an Email

When I try to download an email, the photos disappear even when I select the background graphics box. Is there a way to ensure the photos appear?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Please take a look at this article to see if these troubleshooting steps can fix your images from being blocked. If your images are still not appearing when downloading the email, you may want to alternatively take a screenshot of the email and save it to your computer that way.
