Why when I try to download a picture it wants to download upside down no matter what I do

Hello @TheresaL723 ,

 

When you upload images into our system, they will always upload based on the metadata of the image. Even if your device shows the image rightside-up, its metadata may still have it as actually being upside-down. This is a common occurence with iOS devices, but may also carry over in other device types as well. This can be easily resolved by using the Library's image editor to switch around the image. If you're still seeing the edited image as upside-down, make sure to clear your browser's cache (just the cached images and files, not password or cookies), exit and then re-enter the browser.
