We noticed a significant downturn in our quarterly company e-newsletter open rate last week. We are, of course, looking at all of the usual suspects for the cause. But we are wondering if people are distracted from their normal routines of viewing emails because of the Covid-19 coronavirus scare and news prominence. Has anyone else noticed an unusual reduction in e-newsletter open rates during the past couple of weeks? Thanks!
