OK we are a business with many customers
My problem comes in when we send a Constant contact email to a firm that has many branches/departments
We send out to 100 email addresses for Company A
Naturally their server stops them as it assumes it is a spam attack
What I'd like to do is set up my campaign so maybe it sends to one address per minute
How do I solve this problem?
We are on the basic paid for package, do we need to pay to upgrade?
Hi @user79884
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! Though we offer automated series for our Email Plus customers, I apologize the do not have the ability of sending to one address per minute. Instead you can use features, like filtering a list by tags and quick segmentation. Through these options you can create smaller contact groups and schedule emails to send at different times for them. You also mentioned cases where you send to a single company with many branches and departments. Have you tried having their IT whitelist Constant Contact in their security settings? If not this is a great troubleshooting step we would suggest. We also have our Deliverability Specialists available by phone to help look into these addresses and emails you may be sending.
