Why can't I grab my individual lists within my Contacts on my Mac computer and drag them into the Upload area?

Hello @KathleenJ440 ,

 

Are you seeing any specific errors when dragging over the file? Is it a compatible file type - XLS, XLSX, CSV, VCF, or TXT?
