Duplicate RSVP

I have posted an invitation. One recipient has responded with all three options: Yes, No, and Maybe. How can this be corrected?

Thank you for reaching out about this. It is a known issue and our developers are tracking it and researching a resolution, but at the moment there's no definitive solution. I know it might not be possible, but if you can find out what device and/or email program they used to click on the RSVP, it would help their investigation.
