Duplicate images show up on one email

When we create a CC email using a PDF we create, the receiver gets the email but when they click on any of the links in the email,  the same email shows up again and the links have to be clicked again to get through.  Have no idea why this is happening.  Anyone have an idea of what to do to correct this?.

Hello @WMCCenter ,

When you convert a PDF to an email, the first page of the PDF is turned into an image so it can be embedded into the email. PDFs themselves can't be embedded, but they can be linked to, which the conversion way of creating an email automatically does with the image. So what's happening is your contacts are clicking on a linked image to go to the actual DF, hosted in the Library's cloud. Then they're clicking the actual links in that PDF from there.

The only thing I can really recommend in this regard is to simply not include an image of your PDF in the email, if you wish to avoid your contacts believing they're having to click the links twice.
