Or are you seeing previously unsubscribed contacts be uploaded into your account? Constant Contact does have safeguards in place to prevent duplicate email addresses in your account and prevent unsubscribed contacts form being re-added into your account. So having any further details on how we can help allows us to share the best information possible with you.
We charged based on the number of contacts uploaded into your account. If you upload duplicate email addresses into your account, the system will filter them out for you!
