Hi @user814119. It appears that your account is currently under a List Review. We are not able to conduct these reviews in the Community and you will need to contact the List Review team over the phone before you are able to send any emails.
I am still having problems sending your e mails and as it states I have a problem with my billing. I have made payments and till today I have not used any of the services yet.
Can you assist to get the Accounts to be in order so we can do our e blast. Thanks. Hope to get a positive response soon.

I went ahead and submitted your case to Billing for further review. they should be reaching out to the account's primary email address within the next 1 - 2 business days. Once they reach out, they'll continue to communicate to you through that channel while working on the issue you're facing.
