Husband registered spouse and provided a second e-mail for that person. 2 problems occured
1) when I send an e-mail to registrants the wife doesn't get one.
2) when I view the list of registrants she does not appear by name, or e-mail address.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I can definitely understand how helpful the ability to see information on registrants and guests are for the event organizer.
1) Currently the email sent to registrants does only go to the registrant's email. I apologize at this time this is not currently a feature we provide.
2) You are of course correct guests don't show in the list of registrants. However, guests will show in the event full reporting or the registrant details.
We are tracking this feedback and will keep it in mind when deciding our planning with our Event system. Thank you for bringing this up.
