ENCRYPTED PDF...this is not working for us

Unclear why the pdf needs to be encrypted as this was not the case in the past.

Hello @HALAFA ,

 

Can you please elaborate on where you're seeing this error, or provide screencaps of it? Are you trying to upload the PDF directly to the Library, or insert one already in your Library into an email? Or are you seeing this error when trying to use the PDF to Email creation?
