ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR when I click on landing page link

Hi, 

I've been getting new subscribers but yesterday I noticed that the link to the subscription landing page is not working. It gives an error that reads: 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

lp.constantcontactpages.com sent an invalid response.

Kindly troubleshoot this problem because I believe it is on Constant Contact's end, I've done everything possible from my side to resolve the issue and nothing seems to help.

Username of account.

Landing Page title. 

Screenshot of error message.

How the link was accessed. (Directly or by email?) 

What browsers you have used to open the link. 

Work or home network. 

Any security systems used.
