It took a look in your account, and whatever is named "November newsletter" in your Library was uploaded back in early October, indicating that no new file was uploaded this month for your newsletter. The easiest way to go about doing this is to Create the email by importing a PDF. You can also copy an older email or the master template, and replace all the images and document links as well. Make sure to preview / test send the email to confirm your document upload and linking is setup the way you want, prior to sending out.
