Ecommerce site feature within CC

I would like to learn more about the ecommerce site feature you have implemented, but you provide very little (or shall I say, virtually no) information before I have to jump in and enter my info to "get started." No bueno.

The e-commerce options and capabilities available in your CTCT account will greatly depend on who you're using for your online store. Are you using our Website Builder's online store system, or are you wanting to incorporate another company's system with ours? We have separate integrations depending on which 3rd party online store system you wish to incorporate.

We have a wide array of articles available, depending on the store system you wish to utilize. Feel free to let us know here and we can respond with relevant guides and other articles, or you can perform a search in the Knowledge Base based on the particular site you wish to use. If you're planning to use our Website Builder's online store system, I'd also recommend looking at their KB for relevant articles.

Can you elaborate any further? There isn't really an ecommerce interface we have developed with Amazon, it'd mainly be using our email, ad, or other campaign types to show off your products. For example, you can insert direct links to your store page and specific products in an email sent through us, or on a custom landing page you make.
