Hello! If someone registers for an event, and then changes their guest count, currently, the only way to change it is to delete their initial reservation, and do a new reservation for the updated headcount. Is there a way to simply edit the number of guests attending without having to delete the entire registration? Thank you!
Hello @RachelR210. Thanks for reaching out to us. At this time, you do need to cancel an event registration in order to make any changes to it, including editing the number of guests. From there, they will have to re-register with the updated number of guests. I apologize for this inconvenience and I will track this feedback in your account.
