Edit Registrant Details doesn't work

When you attempt to edit the changes will not save, we even lose the shipping address altogether despite those being required fields. This has been a big problem for us for our event.

Thanks for reaching out to the community with your question! We will need some additional information to troubleshoot this issue with you.

 

  • What registrant detail information are you trying to change?
  • Do you get an error? 

Once we have some more details we may be able to provide a different solution, but depending on the information you are trying to change you may need to make changes on the Contact Record (rather than the registrant record) or cancel the registrant and re-register with the desired information.
