Edit Registrant and Guest Information for an Event

Is there a way to cancel a guest from an event, without cancelling the entire registrant and re-entering without that particular guest?   I also have a person who registered for an event, with several guests, and now the original registrant can no longer attend but the others will still be coming.  Is there a way to make one of the guests the "registrant" with the rest as HIS guests?

Hello @KimS4 ,

You can edit a registrant's status to cancelled while viewing your list of registrants. If your event is paid for, and the registrant has already paid, you'll need to manually process the refund through whatever system you're using to collect payments. Any guests will be cancelled along with the true registrant. The guests will have to re-register themselves if they still wish to attend. Or you can manually re-register those guests using the information originally provided, then manually update their payment / registration status as needed - especially if you wish to avoid refunding or re-charging them on a new sign up.
