Edit User

How do I change the name under my manage Users. I can;t edit the primary, and dont need to upgrade to Add any more, just need to change the Name, not the email.

Thanks for posting, I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble editing this information. Since you are the account manager you can just change your name information on the Account Information page instead of the user roles screen. Just click My Account > Personal Information and make the updates here. If you are referring to your login name instead just click Username to make this update.
