Edit a Registrants Payment Status


If someone registered for an event but did not check off PayPal or check, their payment status is "Not Applicable".

What happens if they send in a check later.  How do I update the payment status?  

If the payment is listed as "Not Applicable", the box next to the name cannot be checked and the payment status cannot be edited.

That's a great question! The good news is you can update a registrant's payment status directly in your event's campaign dashboard.
