Edit an active Survey Page

Can you help me change the status of our survey (election) ballot to allow respondents to either vote for one or not vote on any names. Right now it looks like all the candidates have to be voted for.

Here's how to edit an active survey page. For security reasons we cannot edit your campaigns through requests to the Community.
