Two fairly major issues:
1) Editing issues: the email editing interface is very sluggish, and starting to become unreliable. It takes 10-30 seconds to save changes to edits. I have lost track of thoughts and edits during these sessions, leading to delays.
2) Contact: Why do we have to contact via form? I wish we could use email so I have record copies of my conversations, and less friction during customer support.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize you're not able to work in your account as easily as you should. Is this happening with every campaign you are working on? What browser are you working in? Have you tried editing your email through a different browser or a private/incognito window? We always suggest testing your browser as there may be 3rd party add-ons that could affect how Constant Contact works. Are you having the same experience in this different browser?
As for connecting with support, at this time email is not a line of support we offer. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However the Community is just one of the options of support that is available. You also have the option of connecting by phone, Twitter, Facebook, and chat. Have you tried our chat support? It allows you the option to save a copy of the conversation.
