Editing an email template

Hello all -

We are noticing that when we draft a message in Constant Contact using a template we have used for years that it appears differently on Macs than PCs. Specifically we are seeing that Outlook is visually adding multiple breaks between paragraphs, while on a Mac it looks like the line spacing is exact.  Using a soft return (shift+return) does not have any impact.

Has anyone else had this problem or know a workaround?

Thank you in advance!

Chris

Hello @Cornell-CHE ,

Are you copying from previous copies-of-copies, or are you copying directly from a master template? Are there any rendering settings in your PC Outlook version you're able to turn off or on? Is the issue occurring in a specific version of Outlook on PC, or multiple? Is the issue occurring on multiple PC devices in the affected version(s) of Outlook?
