Editing troubles

Am I the only person noticing that the editing functions seem "glitchy" these days? I find I have to log out of CC and log back in but lately that isn't working either. For example, when editing text, the editing tool bar suddenly does not pop up, or when I try and replace an image, the image library won't open. It is taking me far longer to do my daily newsletters than it used to.

Hi @newsletter_user. We want to see if this could be the cause of a browser or connectivity issue. You mentioned that logging and out of your account doesn't work. If you close out of your browser window completely and log back in, does this help with the toolbar showing appropriately and the library opening? Does this happen on more than one browser?

I have tried using a different browser and the same thing occurs. Everything works fine for a bit but then after 20 or so minutes, it starts acting up. If I log out and log back in, it works better for a bit. Is something timing out? The most consistent issue is when I am trying to replace an image in a newsletter story. It often will try to access my library, then gets hung up and after a long wait, I eventually have to exit and log out and start over.

Hello @newsletter_user,

Have you seen any errors when using Constant Contact? If not, is this something you are running into only when working in a newsletter?

At times, if we are only seeing this error when working in a newsletter we can try creating a fresh campaign instead of copying the same template or removing blocks and adding new ones in.

Are you having issues with any other websites? If so, would you mind running a speed test at Fast.com to ensure this is not a connection issue?
