Contacts bouncing as other due to our system interpreting the message sent back to us by the ISP when the bounce occurs. Sometimes these messages are unreadable or don’t use standard error coding. Which plays into how your email has been marked as bounced and opened. Emails can be marked as opened or clicked by a security program. I apologize at this time being able to filter out any engagements by a security program is not an available feature. It is however a feature request we have tracked in your account.
