Email Entry issue

I submitted the form yesterday and today, neither of my entries are populating into the GET STARTED List in Constant Contact. 
 
The email I used is in one of my list in constant contact.
 
If we assume the reason the above email didn’t populate the GET STARTED list in Constant Contact is that it was already on a list, then what needs to happen in the case of ‘duplicate email” is the contact needs to be added to both (multiple) lists and the new listing needs to include the tags associated with them from.
 
I have also some queries regarding the automatic tagging of form submission. If you could help me out with this one will be great.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! You can definitely add a contact to more than one list, even if they are already in the account. To troubleshoot this issue we need some additional information.

  • How were you adding the contact? (ex: Upload from file, type in a single contact)
  • Did you get an error?
