Email Forwarding and, While I'm Here: RGB, CMYK Colors

With no Forward to a Friend option, our team members are forced to forward an email which results in a thick horizontal white line between EACH block of the email. This looks terrible and is simply not acceptable.


Also, a second color option would be nice. Conversions are not spot-on and I end up with a background slightly different from our corporate image backgrounds when I want one seamless look. It don't think it's too much to ask for at least one other option: RGB, CMYK, I don't care, just a second industry-standard option. InDesign has many--except hex of course, which is my problem. I'm uploading images as JPEGs or PNGs.


I've been living with several CC frustrations such as line spacing and other appearance issues, and I'm almost ready to try  again or find some other option.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize we do not have these features that you have mentioned. However I can completely understand the want of them to better your email campaign experience. While we do not have a time estimate of when these features will be available, I would be happy to pass along your feedback to the appropriate teams. I have also tracked these feature requests in your account as well. We are always looking for ways to improve our user's experience in our program and welcome feedback like what you have provided!

In the meantime, when it comes to the color conversions in your email I would suggest using a color picker. Color pickers are available through an internet search and will allow you to get the hex codes you are looking for.
