Email Length - New User

Hi - I am setting up users for the app and one user's non-profilt email is 53 characters. I cannot register their user as an account manager because I am receiving an error that the email address is too long. This individual needs to be a manager of the account. Is there a way to change email length validation to accept longer email addresses when creating an admin user?

Unfortunately they'll need to use an email address that is shorter than 50 characters.
