Email Newslette display issues

Hello,

I have a client who uses Sympatico and they have emailed us to say that their newletter is cut off half way down. We have tested this with others and they do not have this issue.

Has anyone had similar problems? I have worked with CC tech support and they report the newsletter is received fully by the top email clients.

Thanks for any input

Hi @KelvinG48 ,

I understand the concern with the display issue. Since the campaign is coming through correctly on the majority of email clients, we have to assume that the issue is confined to that individual's email client or device. It might be worth asking the recipient whether or not they have an option to expand the email on that specific email client (most email clients do if they are being cut off).

Beyond that, we may be able to troubleshoot further, but we need a bit more information. We would need a screenshot of the issue, as well as the device the email is being opened on. If it's a mobile phone, such as an iPhone, we would need to know what model of iPhone it is as well. If the email client is web-based, we'd need to know what browser it's being opened on, or which app if it's being opened on mobile.
