Dear Constant Contact support --
With Apple's Mail Privacy Protection available since iOS 15 (and many of our residents reading our emails on their iPhones/iPads, are the Constant Contact mail open metrics still valid and accurate? If so, please explain what you are doing differently than using a tracking pixel.
We have vouched for the accuracy of mail open statistics to our community governance and one of our very techie members has objected that the statistics are likely useless. Please provide technical detail if at all possible.
Thank you for any information.
Hello @KellyM293 ,
For more info regarding our reporting system and Apple's privacy policies, please see our main article on the subject. Ultimately, we're beholden to whatever changes they decide to enact for how email is displayed / tracked.
