I'm sorry that you did not receive those emails. I've resent your billing history to the billing address on file, so you should have that information shortly. It is also possible to view your billing activity manually in your account, and then print the information from there. Instructions for that process can be found here.
Has this issue been fixed for you and do you now received the automatic payment receipts?
I was told that this should work for me, but I STILL DO NOT RECEIVE automatic payment receipts and it is becoming quite an annoyance.
