We've recently sent emails to attendee lists where the people from three states are not receiving the email: NY, TN and FL. These emails going to all other states are being received.
Are you aware of an issue in these states or others where group emails sent would not go through to these states?
Is there something we can do to get emails to these attendees?

These emails were sent recently through an Event Registration plugin that we use through our website -- not Constant Contact. I simply wondered if Constant Contact knew of anything going on in those three states, or in general, having to do with group mails not being received. One of our attendees suggested that it might have to do with a new non net neutrality thing.
So, basically, I figured if anyone knew anything, it would be Constant Contact
