A recipient of a recent email showed that my content had a lot of coding and was missing all the pictures. What causes that. Others have received the email just fine.

Hello @WaucondaAreaChamber ,

If the issue is only occurring for specific recipients, then it's likely an element of safelisting our domains to ensure proper deliverability (networks blocking domains associated with us can affect images, links, and other crucial elements of emails). See if the contact or their network are running any security programs, ad/pop-up blockers, or other security tools that can have our domains inserted as trusted.

If the issue persists with that particular contact, I'd recommend reaching out to our Deliverability team for specialized insight and troubleshooting.
