Why when I copy a campaign or go in to review a previously constructed campaign before sending, the buttons always change to the length of the words in the bar. 

It would make sense and be very helpful if everything in a campaign stayed the same when reviewing or when copying. 

It's very time-consuming to have to readjust every time.

Hi @ChahnaP. Are you looking to be able to adjust the length of the buttons so they do not take up the width of your email?

@caitlin_M   I'm looking for the length of the buttons to stay the same when I copy a campaign or add a link or go into a campaign for a final review prior to sending it.  Every time I copy a campaign and go into the copy to make minor updates, the bars always go back to the width of the words instead of the length they were in the original mailing. This also happens when I go in to do a final review.

That's how the buttons work by default, they have a base amount of extra spacing that adjusts as letters/numbers/symbols are added to it. Adding extra text spaces to the beginning and end will typically result in that extra spacing being automatically removed by default.
