We are having continued issues with our community being able to read our emails IF THEY HAVE GMAIL! Any other email servers seem to be working fine, but users with gmail are unable to see parts of emails and sometimes they show up completely blank! We have already tried to resolve the issue with tech support but so far it hasn't helped.
I'm very sorry this issue has continued. I do see in your account that you recently called Customer Support for assistance and I apologize we weren't able to remedy it for you at that time. Please know that our engineers are working as quickly as possible for a fix. They do recommend, as possible workarounds, to try recreating your email campaign in a fresh template, or try making a copy of it, deleting the first block, and then recreating the first block. We are still experiencing the same difficulty with users with gmail acounts being unble to read our emails. I have tried all of the fixes that have been recommended (such as deleting the first several blocks and recreating them) and nothing seems to work.
Our company is getting fairly frustrated with this as a high percentage of people use gmail and those people are unable to read our correspondence! We are hoping that you are still working to resolve this and are reluctantly researching other options for sending emails.

I’m so sorry this issue has not been resolved in your account. I was able to troubleshoot the issue with our second level of support. We have found a workaround to help you get your emails delivered to your audience as intended. I do want to emphasize that our teams are still working on a resolution, so this will be a temporary extra step to take when you are ready to send your campaigns. What you will want to do, to get your campaign to correctly display in Gmail is to make a copy of the email you would like to send after making all edits and changes necessary. We still recommend sending a test copy to a Gmail account to ensure that the full email displays. As long as the email renders as you would like it to, you can then schedule this email. Make sure that if you need to go back in to edit, that you then copy that email and test. The specific step to keep in mind is that your final draft should be the one copied and should not need any more edits.
