If you can login to your account, you can still generate a prepayment invoice by clicking your name in the top-right corner, then selecting " Generate Prepayment Deposit Invoice."
To assist you, I've generated one for your current pricing plan and the prepayment you had set up previously, and got it sent to your account's billing email address. Feel free to follow the above instructions if you need to generate one with different criteria (amount of time / plan type).
