Email contact

Dear Team

 

It would be great if you could introduce email contact for people that are out of your time zone.  I find it difficult to call the helpline as I'm based in the Middle East and my working hours are different to yours.

 

Whilst in writing, can you direct me to your accounts team?  I'm being charged for up to 25,000 contacts when I only have just over 4,000 at present.

I'm so sorry you are being billed for 25,000 contacts when you only have 4,000 in your account! I looked into it and was able to confirm this is the case. We do ask for account security purposes that you call in to our Billing specialists to discuss this. Their hours and numbers are listed here.

 

Although our support team is not available during your business hours, we do have a great Help Center and Knowledge Base, with many great articles and tutorials that might be able to provide you with the assistance you need, when you need it. You can also reach out to the community here, one of our many awesome community members may be able to help, too!

Do you have an email for contact. I don't see a place to downgrade my contact list.
