If I have an email set to go out to the list on May 11th, will the people joining this list later (on May 12th and on) get it? Or is it only those that are on the list as of May 11th?
I am trying to come up with the best solution to send the original email to late list joiners (so if they join later, they will get it right away). I would use automation but I can't schedule it in advance.
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! That is a great question. Automated Welcome Emails will send out an email immediately after your customers join a list. You can activate the email in advance and then once new subscribers start signing up it will start sending the Welcome Email immediately. If that is not what you are looking for and you would like to continue manually sending emails to welcome your new subscribers, you will need to use our "Resend to" option. To answer your question, sadly the email will not send out to late subscribers once it has been manually sent on May 11th. When new people sign up to the list, you will resend the email to people who have not yet received it. That is an easy process and you can see the steps by clicking on this helpful article here. Thanks!
