Email form set up

I added the sign up form for my website to constant contact as a new plug in.  People who sign up are not getting a confirmation email. How do I resolve this?

I'm not seeing an active welcome email, nor does your account look like it has confirm-opt-in turned on. Generally speaking, these features are only going to be effective for paid accounts, not trials.
