I think it would be easier to email a question then call. Most of the time my question is to provide a list of emails that I have confirmed are good emails but show up as "suspended".
Do I still have to call or is there a way to send you the list?

We do have a mailbox that our Account Review team manages where you can send a list of emails that have been bouncing as suspended but are valid. The keyword there is 'proven', so with the list of valid emails you send, there also needs to be proof that each of those email addresses are legitimate. That email is lrmailbox(at)constantcontact(dot)com. As far as not having to call in to ask a question we do have a chat line that our customers utilize to answer quick questions when they do not have time to call!
