Email not sent

I scheduled an email last night to be sent at 4:15 a.m. today. Yes, I am absolutely sure it was scheduled properly. Got the "nice work" message and all that. It was NOT SENT. When I checked on it just now I noticed, and immediately sent it out. Hope it actually goes. What on earth?!?!?!

Our higher level technical team took a look at the logs, and weren't able to pull any information on what might've happened. The only thing they're able to see is essentially the email being scheduled to Send Now this morning.


With that said, we have received some reports of issues with the legacy editor late at night, particularly when lots of ISPs are refreshing their servers. Based on this, it would be best to start making the switch to our current editor, as we have not seen this issue occur for it. Our engineers are looking into the various, sporadic issues the legacy editor will have in the evenings, but since the legacy editor is already in the middle of being retired in waves, it's highly unlikely they'll have a fix before your account is inevitably retired from it.
