Email series

I have spent hours setting up an automated email series to then be told I needed to upgrade, I did so and now it still keeps saying I need to upgrade! I have logged out and logged back in, checked my account status and nothing. And no customer service till Monday, when the campaign is due to start!! Help!!!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I took a look at your account and before you can use your automated emails you will have to wait 30 days after opening your account. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is something that all international customers are experiencing and I will submit your feedback on this over to our engineers. Thank you!
